Females in Finance

Females in Finance is a series of events hosted by Atlantic House Investments. The event brings together women across the financial industry to connect and share experiences.

Each event offers a relaxed setting to network with peers, hear from inspiring guest speakers, and take away fresh ideas to influence your day-to-day life, whether that's in leadership, wellbeing or personal growth.

Guests also receive a thought-provoking book from our book club, helping to continue the conversation long after the session ends.

Natalie Fruchaud

In this session, Natalie will explore how strengthening your inner foundation directly impacts business outcomes. She will demonstrate how composure, energy, and emotional intelligence influence the ability to attract capital, deliver consistent returns, and maintain balance between work and life.

Drawing on insights from our book club's books, Natalie will connect the dots between performance, clarity, resilience, and purposeful leadership. This session invites reflection on:

  • How composure and clarity enhance decision-making and results.

  • How authentic confidence builds credibility and attracts capital.

  • How self-leadership sustains performance, health, and relationships over time.
