Females in Finance Inaugural Event

📣Alexandra Buchan-Heelas was our guest speaker for the inaugural Females in Finance event. She presented "Women Who Work", a business she co-founded, where they aim to improve gender diversity in professional services industry, particularly in senior positions.

The talk highlighted how they want to support and encourage women back to work after children, by creating a network for women to discuss and raise issues.

​📖The first book presented at the book club was Invisible Women by Caroline Criado Perez. The book explores with research and case studies to expose the gender data gap, which has created a pervasive but invisible bias affecting women's lives.
