About the event
📣We are delighted to welcome Katie Taylor, founder of The Latte Lounge, for an inspiring and insightful session focused on women’s health, workplace inclusion, and allyship. Drawing on her personal journey and the creation of The Latte Lounge, Katie will explore why menopause and peri-menopause have become critical conversations in today’s workplaces, and why awareness matters for everyone, not just those experiencing it. The session will provide a clear, practical overview of peri-menopause and menopause, including symptoms, treatment pathways, lifestyle approaches, and where to access support and reliable information.

This event is designed to be inclusive and relevant for everyone, recognising fertility, perimenopause and menopause as important and interconnected life stages that can affect women at different points in their lives. Most of us will encounter these experiences either personally or through the women we work with, support or care about. The session offers practical insight for people at all ages and life stages, whether navigating these topics themselves or looking to better understand and support the women in their lives, both professionally and personally, helping to foster more informed and inclusive environments at work and at home.
📖For this session's book club, we will be reading Katie's book, Midlife Matters. The book is a practical, empowering guide to navigating midlife, bringing together expert insight on health, menopause, self-care, relationships, work and finances. Midlife Matters explores how to manage physical and emotional change, reassess priorities, and open yourself up to new opportunities, helping readers approach this chapter with confidence and clarity.
