Atlantic House Group Limited and Atlantic House Investments Limited (“Our Companies”) are part of the Atlantic House group of companies. Following the acquisition of Atlantic House Holdings Limited by WisdomTree, the Atlantic House group is now a member of the wider WisdomTree group of companies. WisdomTree UK Limited and WisdomTree Ireland Limited act as joint controllers of personal data collected by Our Companies, as described further in this policy. (incorporated in New York, USA), for the purposes of operational integration, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and ongoing business management; (ii) our service providers and sub-contractors who process personal data on our behalf and are bound by appropriate data processing agreements; and (iii) regulatory authorities, law enforcement bodies, or other third parties where we are required or permitted to do so by applicable law.

Our Companies securely stores your data in the Cloud.
The Cloud services used to process personal data complies to ISO27017 certification, with adherence to the standard considered the best way of a supplier proving that it has met the GDPR principle of privacy by design,
All Data and Applications are hosted in Microsoft 365’s multiple data centres which conform to the highest security standards and ISO requirements. Microsoft 365 uses Azure Active Directory and all accounts have Multi Factor Authentication enabled via Security policies.

Our Companies will hold your personal information in line with our Record Keeping Policy. Once the time period has expired, we will securely delete your data.
International Data Transfers
As a result of the acquisition of Atlantic House by WisdomTree group, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in the United States of America (USA), where some of the WisdomTree entities are incorporated. The USA does not benefit from a UK or an EU adequacy decision, meaning it is not deemed to provide an equivalent level of data protection to that in the UK or the EEA. Where we transfer your personal data to the USA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect it, including (i) in the case of transfers from the UK, the use of the International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) approved by the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), which incorporates the Standard Contractual Clauses required under the UK GDPR; and (ii) in the case of transfers from the EEA, the use of the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted under Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914. We may also transfer your personal data to (i) from the UK to countries within the European Economic Area (EEA); and (ii) from the EEA to the UK. Where transfers are made , we will ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with applicable data protection law, including adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses, or the IDTA as appropriate. You may request further information about the safeguards we use for international transfers by contacting us using the details set out below.
