All Data and Applications are hosted in Microsoft 365’s multiple data centres which conform to the highest security standards and ISO requirements. Microsoft 365 uses Azure Active Directory and all accounts have Multi Factor Authentication enabled via Security policies.

Our Companies will hold your personal information in line with our Record Keeping Policy. Once the time period has expired, we will securely delete your data.
International Data Transfers
As a result of the acquisition of Atlantic House by WisdomTree group, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in the United States of America (USA), where some of the WisdomTree entities are incorporated. The USA does not benefit from a UK or an EU adequacy decision, meaning it is not deemed to provide an equivalent level of data protection to that in the UK or the EEA. Where we transfer your personal data to the USA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect it, including (i) in the case of transfers from the UK, the use of the International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) approved by the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), which incorporates the Standard Contractual Clauses required under the UK GDPR; and (ii) in the case of transfers from the EEA, the use of the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted under Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914. We may also transfer your personal data to (i) from the UK to countries within the European Economic Area (EEA); and (ii) from the EEA to the UK. Where transfers are made , we will ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with applicable data protection law, including adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses, or the IDTA as appropriate.
